Tai Chi for Health and Happiness

UPDATE re resumption of classes, 10th May 2020:

Due to the lifting of some restrictions next weekend I am pleased to advise that Tai Chi Harmony will be resuming private classes the following week commencing Monday 18th May.  Specifically, these classes are - North Buderim and hopefully Currimundi if the Hall is open to 9 students per class.  I will confirm this as soon as I hear from them.   Classes sponsored by Sunshine Coast Council will not resume until they inform me officially of a re-start date, which I will post here, on Lively 50 Plus website and which will be updated by Council on their own website.  Please note that ALL classes will be conducted with full adherance to hygeine and numbers rules.  If any participant is feeling even slightly off-colour please DO NOT ATTEND.

Could all current students of Harmony please contact KaZ to let me know if/when you will be returning to classes, so that I can book venues etc.  ALL classes will be limited to 9 participants to maintain safe social distancing, so it will be a case of first in first accepted for the time being.  If we achieve a higher number of requests I will be happy to commence a 2nd class for you.

Please let me know of your intention to return, as the 9 participants is mandatory and I would hate to have to turn anyone away.

I am so looking forward to seeing all your smiling faces once again!
