Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Tai Chi improves practically every aspect of health.
Tai Chi is practiced in every corner of the world for health improvement and for very good reasons. Scientific studies show that the practice of Tai Chi improves and prevents almost all chronic conditions including arthritis, heart disease and diabetes. Tai Chi also improves balance, immunity and reduces stress.
Tai Chi is based on nature. Its gentle flowing movements contain an inner power which strengthens the body and mind. Those who practice Tai Chi become like a tree or river - calm on the outside but full of internal strength.
Beneath the tranquil surface there is a current with immense power—the power for healing and wellness. Hour for hour, Tai Chi brings more benefits and enjoyment than most other exercises. Tai Chi can be practiced individually or within a group. It requires no equipment. Tai Chi can be practiced in your own home, in a class and even outside sharing with nature. All you need is YOU !
Tai Chi is constantly evolving within you, which makes
it a lifelong journey of discovery.
